Kiara Robinson is a senior at Temple University, majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Management Information Systems. After her sophomore year, Kiara joined the Society for Human Resource Management – Temple Chapter, and is looking forward to serving as chapter President during her senior year. Kiara is also an active member of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. If all goes well, she will graduate with her BBA in May of 2012. After college, Kiara plans to enter the workforce to gain experience in recruiting, training, development and consulting with hopes of attaining PHR and/or SPHR certification.

Kiara joined the Client Services team at The Gabriel Institute in March 2011 as an intern – her second internship in the Human Resources field. After taking TGI’s Role Based Assessment, Kiara learned that she is a highly coherent Communicator. She looks forward to learning about how RBA, and its related human infrastructure management concepts, can help organizations to improve recruitment and organizational development.
